Lead Gen Ads Agency is a trading name of DM4L Ltd registered at 5 Ducketts Wharf, Bishops Stortford, CM23 3AR. We operate remotely.
Our monthly fee is to build a predictable and sustainable lead generation system that is focused on attracting specific people with a specific problem. If you want to increase the ad budget so the system generates more leads, our costs will stay the same.
If you have different parts of your business with different products or services, we may be able to help you, but this will be at an additional cost.
You pay us a monthly management fee via a subscription for one of the packages we sell. You pay in advance, and your subscription will automatically renew each month until cancelled.
If our monthly payment is not paid for whatever reason, we will give you 7 days to fix the problem, after which time we will turn your ads off and stop working until the payment is made. Due to limited capacity, we may offer your slot to another business. In this case, we may not be able to start working with your business straight away. If, after 14 days of missing a payment, you haven't paid and you still wish to continue with our services, it will be at the price advertised on our website. This may be more than you were paying.
You pay advertising costs directly to LinkedIn via a credit or debit card. We will guide you through how to set up during the onboarding process.
Due to a limited capacity, we usually have a waiting list. If, for whatever reason, you wish to pause our services, we will hold your space and your payment plan for 1 month. If you wish to pause for longer than 1 month, we will welcome you back when you are ready at whatever the advertised rate on our website is at that time. Please be aware that will be unlikely to be able to take you on again straight away.
Ideally, we would try and fix any problems so that you do not want to cancel, but if we can not resolve the issues, you can cancel at any point via the customer payment portal. Once you have signed up to be a customer you can access the billing portal here - http://leadgenads.agency/billing
If you know you want to cancel in the future, it would be great if you could let us know as soon as possible.
When you cancel, you will receive the remainder of the service for the period you have paid for.
If, for whatever reason, we would like to cancel the agreement, we will give you as much notice as possible. We will either finish the month's work you have paid for or offer you a pro-rata refund.
If, as part of our guarantee, we are working for free, then you are not paying, and therefore there is no money for a pro-rata refund.
No refunds will be issued.
We want the best people to work for our business so we can deliver you the best results. We offer our employees a 5% pay raise each year, so at the start of each tax year, we will increase our prices by 5%. This small increase helps us attract and retain the best talent, which in turn delivers better results for you and your business.
We need you to approve and sign off on the things we create for you. Our deliverables and timelines are based upon you coming back to us within 24 hours. If you take longer than this, it will impact us delivering the work in the agreed time frames.
We ask you to respond promptly to our correspondence.
We are confident that our systems and processes deliver results. When your ads go live, if they do not generate any leads in the first month, we will work for free until we generate the first lead.
To give us the confidence to offer this guarantee we stick to what we know works. As part of our sales process, we will share with you how we work and what we will do to generate results for your business.
For this guarantee, a lead is considered any contact who comes through the ads we run.
We can pause your subscription so you will not be charged, so you do not need to cancel it from your end. You will still need to cover the ad budget but we will not charge you for our services.
Our standard operating hours are Monday to Friday, 9-5 pm UK time. We aim to provide timely responses to any requests during those times.
We are based in the UK, so we are governed by UK law.
